I'm a bit of a pack rat and he was very gracious about moving all my shit around to get the job done properly. He mentioned I could have kept the dog around, but I'm glad I put her elsewhere, since it did take a couple hours for floor to dry. However there was no chemical scent, ever, and the carpet is still looking great."

Mike Hawes, the guy that comes out to do the cleaning is very customer service oriented and he knows about carpets. He took time to explain to us how his carpet cleaning process is different from other companies. I hired him because I was looking for a chemical free cleaner that didn't hurt my dogs. He came over, did a free consultation and then came back a few days later. In less than 2 hours, all my carpets looked brand new again. I like the idea that the carpets dried quickly and Mike wasn't bothered by my dogs. Mike also gave me a bottle of "cleaner" that he recommended for spotting accidents. The stuff worked better than Nature's Miracle!"
