Chef Meg started her professional life as a Financial Advisor with Merrill Lynch and Smith Barney. After five years, Meg decided to pursue her passion for cooking.
She attended Le Cordon Bleu in Pasadena, CA at night and worked the stock markets during the day. Being a constant on the President’s Honor Roll throughout her training, she was honored to work in a Michelin Star kitchen in Los Angeles, Ortolan, with famed Chef Owner, Christophe Eme. After an exhausting but highly rewarding journey, Meg started her catering business to a warm welcome from friends to former clients.
Meg is a native of Manhattan Beach, CA and a Villanova Graduate. She continues to be a part of the South Bay community through The Manhattan Beach Rotary Club, Sandpipers, Manhattan Beach Chamber of Commerce, serves on the board of Manhattan Beach Chamber of Commerce Young Professionals and is the sitting President of South Bay BNI.

CORPORATE CATERING
If the office orders inthe food is mediocre at best, try Made by Meg Corporate Catering for something new in taste and service! Employee Celebration, Imporatnt Meeting or VIP Client Event? Trust us to deliver quality food that is easy to eat in front of a crowd, on-time and worthy of kudos from the top! Take food with you to a company picnis, off-site meeting or to a concert! Box lunches are available upon request. All orders are delivered at no additional charge in the South Bay Area. Additional charge of $10 applies to deliveries outside of area.
PRIVATE CHEF
Love gourmet food but wish someone else would shop, prep and cook it for you? then you need a Private Chef! Chef Meg will conduct a short in-home interview to determine your dietary needs and survery kitchen equipment. After your likes and dislikes are covered, we will begin planning your schedule and menu. All shopping is done by Chef Meg as well as all cooking and preparation.
WEDDINGS
Let us make your wedding special with thoughtful menu design, courteous staff and playful flourished of style. We are able to accommate several different formats for your reception. Butler Passed Hors d'oeuvres & Cocktail Hour, Plated Sit-DOwn Dinners, Tasting Menus, and Desset Tables. food is one of the most memorable parts of your wedding.
