Wilson Floor Company installs and refinishes hardwood flooring in the South Bay.  Family owned and operated, we have a select staff of craftsmen with extensive years of experience.  We measure our success one job at a time through quality work and courteous service that leads to work by referral.

The business was founded in 1989 by Bill Wilson.  After graduating from UCLA, Bill held management jobs in the corporate world before starting his own family business where he could work closer to home. 

His two sons, Travis and Ross, joined the company after each graduating from the University of Arizona.  In 1999, Wilson Floor moved into its newly built showroom on Sepulveda in Manhattan Beach.

Bill has since retired, and his wife Ginger handles the finances of the company.  Wilson Floor continues to be proud of its fine reputation and reinvests in the local community by donating to the schools and sports programs.

Our philosophy is to keep Wilson Floor a small company that focuses on each job so we always will be in demand.  We are not interested in being the largest hardwood floor company, but rather the best hardwood floor company in the South Bay!

That is the way founder Bill Wilson started the company, and that is how we are able to offer complete hardwood flooring services.

We install unfinished and prefinished wood floors.  These floors may be solid or laminated, with the top layer as hardwood, called engineered.  They may be smooth or distressed, and are available in a wide range of wood species and sizes.

We also repair and finish wood floors, old and new.  They may be smooth or distressed, natural (clear) finish or stained, with different gloss levels.

For floors in good condition that do not need to be sanded, we clean-up and apply a new coat of finish which maintains the appearance of the floor.

With all jobs, Wilson Floor is professional and dependable.  We arrive on time, as scheduled, and use only our own skilled craftsmen.
